The American Composers Forum's VocalEssence Welcome Christmas Carol winner for 2019 will be performed four times in Minnesota this December and broadcast by American Public Media in December 2020.

"Hush: a manger song"

December 2019

This Christmas carol, a finalist in a competition in 2016, will be performed by the choir of the Waterbury Congregational Church during Advent and Christmas services.

ChoralART (Robert Russell, conductor) performs this new commissioned setting of  Magnificat for brass quintet, timpani, and voices during the Christmas at the Cathedral series.

Juneberry Chorus (Patricia Norton, conductor) perform this commissioned setting of Wallace Stevens' poem for SATB voices and piano.

"The Importance of Being Little" [Str. Qt. No. 1]

Spring 2020 (TBA)

Sterling Strings will perform "The Importance of Being Little," a string quartet celebrating the joy of children and their Play.  Based on the book of the same title by Erika Christakis.

"Magnificat a6"

May/June 2020

Vermont Chamber Artists, directed and founded by Jessie Pierpont, will give the world premiere of this a capella setting.  It was written along with Nunc Dimittis, which VCA performed in 2018.
